Whoever cut the routes spends the week answering "which bit should I do?" instead of putting posters up.

What the list looks like
Poster push — before the 14th
One item per line, pasted from wherever you keep them. That paste is the entire setup — there is no project to configure.
How it runs
Taken routes vanish from everyone else's board the instant they are claimed, so nobody walks a street that is already postered.
Three at a time by default. Finishing a route frees the slot, so the cap slows down hoarding without slowing down the person actually walking.
The open items are the streets with nothing up. That is the thing you actually want to know on the 12th.
Claimed and done are different states. A route held for three days with nothing finished shows up flagged on your page, with a one-click release.
Small enough to walk in one go, and specific enough that two people would draw the same line: "Church to Battery, 22 poles" rather than "the north end". A route somebody has to ask a question about will not get taken.
Yes. The organizer link adds items at any time, and they appear on everybody's board without them reloading anything.
Your organizer page lists anything held for hours with nothing finished, and releases it in one click. Automatic expiry exists too, but it is off by default.
